The UK Home Office fee increases introduced on 8 April 2026 are now in effect. These changes apply to most immigration applications submitted from this date onwards.
Out of Country Applications
• Innovator Founder: £1,274 → £1,357
• Skilled Worker (up to 3 years): £769 → £819
• Skilled Worker (over 3 years): £1,519 → £1,618
• Skilled Worker (ISL up to 3 years): £590 → £628
• Skilled Worker (ISL over 3 years): £1,160 → £1,235
• Health & Care (up to 3 years): £304 → £324
• Health & Care (over 3 years): £590 → £628
• Student Visa: £524 → £558
In Country Applications
• Innovator Founder: £1,590 → £1,693
• Graduate Route: £880 → £937
• Skilled Worker (up to 3 years): £885 → £943
• Skilled Worker (over 3 years): £1,751 → £1,865
• Skilled Worker (ISL up to 3 years): £590 → £628
• Skilled Worker (ISL over 3 years): £1,160 → £1,235
• Health & Care (up to 3 years): £304 → £324
• Health & Care (over 3 years): £590 → £628
ILR & Citizenship
• ILR: £3,029 → £3,226
• British Citizenship: £1,605 → £1,709
Sponsorship Fees
• Large Sponsor Licence: £1,579 → £1,682
• Small Sponsor Licence: £574 → £611
Key Point
• Higher costs now apply to all new applications submitted on or after 8 April 2026
• IHS and other fees are additional.
